Terms of Service

Effective date: May 21, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WebQ9 Auth and related WebQ9 services, including applications that rely on WebQ9 shared authentication.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

WebQ9 services may include:

  • Unified account registration and sign-in across supported applications.
  • Application access features such as profile, dashboard, and account settings.
  • Marketplace and community features in specific apps such as FlyerWall.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Accounts and Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us at support@webq9.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Content and Listings

This section applies to applications that support user-generated listings and marketplace content, including FlyerWall.

  • You retain ownership of content you post, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in the service.
  • You must not post illegal items, counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, or stolen property.
  • You must not post misleading or fraudulent listings.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or community rules.

5. Auction Terms

This section applies where auction functionality is available (for example, FlyerWall auctions).

5.1 Binding bids

Placing a bid is a binding offer to purchase at that price. Bids may not be retracted except where listing details were materially changed after bidding.

5.2 Proxy bidding

If you set an automatic proxy bid, the system may bid on your behalf up to your stated maximum. Proxy bids are binding.

5.3 Shill bidding

Bidding on your own auction, or arranging bids to artificially inflate price, is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

5.4 Auto-extension

Auctions may auto-extend when late bids are placed to allow fair competing bids, according to product rules.

5.5 Completion

When an auction ends, seller and winning bidder are expected to complete the transaction. WebQ9 platforms facilitate listing and bidding but are not party to the direct sale contract.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Some services are free, while premium features may incur fees.
  • Featured placements and successful auctions may include commissions where disclosed.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe Terms.
  • Tax obligations remain the responsibility of the applicable user or seller.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or automated abuse.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior.
  • Impersonation of other users or organizations.
  • Attempts to bypass service security controls.
  • Scraping or automated data collection without permission.
  • Auction manipulation, including shill bidding.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebQ9 services connect users and provide technical infrastructure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebQ9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, account access may end immediately, while records required for legal compliance may be retained.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
